What we do and Why.

ASHE provides an inexpensive means for people and organisations to grow through online learning and consultancy. Learning remains constant because the world changed. In a word life became complex.

Think of it this way:

It took from 5 million years ago until 1830 for human population to reach 1 billion. By 2000 we were 6billion + individuals on the planet. (Cairo Population Conference)

Such dramatic increase by one species calls for nothing short of a major systemic shift in all human affairs. ASHE offers Organisations, groups and individuals a rigorously supported means to:

(a) Deal with the consequential complexity
(b) Fully participate in the emergent human actuality

All our Faculty are trained in the Discipline with a minimum of Master's Degree.

The Logo:

The head represents 'a living system'.
The two arrows indicate 'two way communication'.
The wave at bottom represents the 'Environment'.

Thus, as living systems we have reciprocal links with our environment. The important point to note is that living systems and their environment evolve together.
Technically, we are 'structurally linked' to our environment.

We support the 3 great trends of the post WWII era, namely:

a. Trend to self determination.

b. Trend towards living in smaller, more community oriented environments

c. Trend towards Secular Spirituality.

ASHE is legally structured as a partnership.
