Increasingly, Organisations require information which may be described as qualitative. This is information concerning values, attitudes, bias and preferences. Action Research applies to both gathering of information such as the attitudes in a given constituency/demographic; or to situations of change such as restructuring.

Organisations need to find the shortest and least expensive route to new information.

What ASHE needs is clarification about what you need to know.

Are you testing a product or idea? Are you undergoing necessary restructuring including changes to existing personnel? Are you planning a complex program such as a syllabus and timetable and thus require consensus and co-operation? Is it that you need to know how to approach and negotiate with a friendly or unfriendly group?

Once we have the parameters of your needs we can provide the operational details including: how long it may take; what may be involved; accurate costing and time scheduling.
