Since the 1970s Organisations have been concerned with Managing Change, viz change Management.

ASHE recommends an approach to Structural or Personnel change, which achieves optimisation in an Organisation. Since change is inevitable it may be viewed as a challenge and opportunity and not an impediment.

Through the utilisation of soft systems methodologies, which have matured over several generations, change becomes a collaborate and involving process rather than an unwelcome imposition. This approach provides many beneficial side-effects.

What changes? Technology yes, however it is really people who change; in their relationships with colleagues and also to Organisations.

All living systems, including companies and organisations, resist change. That is until a boundary is reached. At this boundary a system has structural change forced upon it and when it is left to fortune the emergent structures may not be what is desired. Therefore careful planning and execution are the means to ensure a positive transition.

Companies and Organisations are welcome to discuss with us, without obligation, the possible need for change.
