The Drama of Leadership |
|
Rather than the Globe Theatre, the set is your workplace. There are principal actors, minor actors and crowd extras. Costumes and Livery declare your role. The plot is your Mission/Vision Statement. There are critics, audience and a playwright. So how is your Drama going? The audience wants to believe, to leave satisfied, to have something to tell their friends and they want to be amazed, entertained, satiated or informed. Too many managers make the mistake of forgetting the Drama and so the workplace can become mundane, known, unexciting even boring and unmotivated. Sub plots undermine personnel relationships. Productivity slumps. Do you want the audience to cheer and clap, to call for an encore, or to walk away disgruntled leaving your Drama open to the critics to pull apart (which means a falling stock value)? This program entertains and informs, motivates and builds esprit de corps. It is highly recommended to Organisations which have a vague personnel problem, something no-one can quite put their fingers on, a malaise (and all companies will experience this part of the cycle). It will bring the Drama and excitement back into your workplace and your bottom line will show the difference. Following your enquiry we will establish operational details and look forward to returning the Drama to your Organisation.
